Pine Mountain Pizza Company

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Server/General Helper to join our team at Pine Mountain Pizza Co. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and be able to provide exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
• Ensure food and drinks are delivered to guests in a timely manner
• Check on guests regularly to ensure they are satisfied with their meal and address any concerns or issues
• Clear and reset tables between guests and maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Assist with overall restaurant cleanliness
• Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages when needed
  
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and ensure compliance with restaurant policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
